The Meat Clerk is responsible for assisting customers at the meat counter, cutting, wrapping, pricing, and displaying fresh meat products. This role supports department operations by maintaining high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and food safety Responsibilities Experience as a meat packer and wrapper preferred. Detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy and quality. Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining product standards. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Strong work ethic and reliability.
