Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs are accommodated with care and precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Process cash, card, or POS system transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team to deliver quality dishes promptly Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations, following food safety sanitizing procedures Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating basic kitchen equipment safely Support catering or banquet events by serving guests and managing food service logistics Ensure compliance with food safety management protocols and uphold hygiene standards at all times Provide in-person customer service that is engaging, professional, and responsive to guest needs Requirements Previous experience in food industry settings is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling and food safety sanitizing procedures is a plus Ability to operate POS systems confidently for processing transactions accurately Experience with food preparation, serving, and catering enhances your suitability for this role Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients when necessary Familiarity with manual handling techniques and operating kitchen equipment safely Experience working in hospitality/restaurants is preferred Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
