Job Summary We are seeking 18+ Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer. You will be responsible for preparing food, taking orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards, maintaining high-quality presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, including processing payments and providing change. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management. Qualifications A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales and customer service. Previous experience in the food industry or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
