Full Job Description About Us:

We are a family-owned sushi kiosk located inside Lotte Plaza Market. We pride ourselves on bringing fresh, high-quality sushi to our community in a friendly, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a reliable and energetic staff to join our small team!

Schedule Part-time:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Hours:

12:00 PM - 7:30 PM (Schedule is adjustable) What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Customer Engagement:

Greet and welcome customers entering or calling the restaurant. Place orders accurately, upsell menu items, and maintain thorough knowledge of sauce descriptions, promotions, and new items.

Transaction Processing:

Accurately process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions while maintaining a balanced register. Verify age for any alcohol purchases.

Sushi Finishing & Packaging:

Drizzle sauces and add toppings to sushi rolls with precision. Neatly pack pre-made boxes for the grab-and-go display and manage delivery orders to ensure they meet company quote times.

Operations & Safety:

Maintain the cleanliness of the kiosk at all times and uphold all health and safety standards. Unload and stock inventory items as needed.

Attendance:

Ensure prompt and regular attendance on all assigned shifts.

Qualifications and Skills:

Language:

Fluency in Korean or Spanish is strongly preferred.

Environment:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism:

Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.

Adaptability:

Willingness to learn all areas of kiosk operations.

Availability:

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
