Engage in person with customers and introduce Verizon products and services. Learn about customer needs through conversations and recommend appropriate available solutions. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and service options. Support sales activities and contribute toward individual and team goals. Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout each interaction. Stay informed about current products, services, and campaign information. Work closely with team members and leadership to support daily operations and performance goals.

What We're Looking For In A Verizon Team Member:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working directly with customers in a sales-focused environment.
