Mouth Party Caramel is a local candy manufacturer that produces irresistible soft caramels. We were founded with a mission to give back and a portion of our profits are donated to cancer research and support services. Our caramel crew is a work hard while having fun atmosphere and we are looking to grow our team as the company grows!

Position Summary:

We are looking for hard-working, multi-tasking, detail oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join our packaging team. This is NOT a warehouse position. No prior experience required, training will be provided. This position is responsible for filling orders from all three of our sales channels: wholesale customers, online orders, and corporate/custom order customers. Packaging is the second step in production within our facility before the last stop in shipping to get orders where they need to go. You are expected to package caramels with the appropriate materials based on the orders for that day. There are different sizes of gift bags and gift boxes available year round and some specialty packaged items seasonally for limited times.

Responsibilities:

Perform all opening and closing duties Weighing out product into different packaging options Sealing gift bags/pouches Sliding on bows Sealing belly bands Counting out bulk orders Following all lot tracking procedures for labeling packages Double checking orders are filled correctly

Strong attention to detail Ability to be flexible Ability to follow instructions and follow protocols Punctual Excellent teamwork skills Self motivated

Schedule:

Monday -

Friday:

9 AM -until orders are complete. Usually until 1pm-3pm, then up until 5pm as order volume increases. Employees work 5 Days a week To apply for this position please submit your resume for review.
