Job Description
Overview Bao Bei is a new fast-casual Taiwanese restaurant opening soon in Rockville, MD. We're looking for hard-working, fast-moving Front-of-House (FOH) team members to join our crew. This role is essential to ensuring guests receive hot, accurate orders and great service. You'll be assembling food, preparing drinks, handling to-go orders, and keeping things flowing in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Assemble and package customer orders quickly and accurately Ensure all food is hot, complete, and presented to spec Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner Handle to-go, delivery, and dine-in orders efficiently Prepare Taiwanese drinks and cold beverages Containerize and restock items for cold-case or shelf sales Maintain a clean and organized FOH work area Support team members across roles to keep service running smoothly Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation standards at all times Requirements Previous FOH, cashier, or fast-casual experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure Team-first attitude and strong work ethic Evening and weekend availability required
