Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Counter/Grill Attendant and become the heart of our fast-paced food service environment! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face greeting customers, preparing delicious food, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel valued and satisfied. Whether taking orders, managing POS systems, or maintaining cleanliness, your proactive approach will keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders at the counter or grill station Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including grilling, assembling, and plating dishes Operate POS systems for order processing, payments, and receipts Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Support food handling procedures such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food storage Requirements Able to work weekdays and/or weekends 10 am - 4pm Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Experience working in a café, restaurant, grocery store, or retail setting is advantageous Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us to deliver exceptional service with energy and enthusiasm!
