Role:

Royal River Natural Foods is growing our high-integrity Prepared Foods program, focused on high-quality organic ingredients. We're seeking a full-time Deli Associate/Cook to support our kitchen team. If you enjoy cooking, baking, and prepping food in a positive, fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing breakfast sandwiches, burritos, wraps, soups, salads and baked goods Follow kitchen procedures to ensure quality and consistency Complete tasks independently and maintain timely workflow Safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, squatting, twisting, and reaching overhead Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday required)

What We're Looking For:

Kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow directions and see tasks through from start to finish Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Enjoys a collaborative environment and brings a good attitude, humility, and sense of humor Must be available year-round
