Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team. This is a part time morning position. Wednesday thur Saturday 5:00am- 10:00am.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints Follow all safety and sanitation proceduresExperience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales experience
- Proficient in the use of a POS register.
