Home Performance Crew Members

Weatherization Technicians needed to help insulate, air seal, and improve the efficiency of Maine homes- come learn a trade in a field that makes a difference for our customers. This is a 40 hour per week labor position with paid time off and benefits- must be able to work a physically engaging day. We are looking to add to our excellent team of home performance contractors. Horizon Homes helps Maine families work to improve the efficiency of their homes and reduce their dependence on fossil fuels by managing and executing insulation and air sealing projects, as well as doors, windows, and general efficiency contracting. Full training in home performance contracting and building science is provided. Our available positions involve air sealing and insulation work and are designed to allow employees, once trained, to grow into team leader and management positions. Applicants with experience in home performance or team leadership will be considered for the Crew Leader positions.
