We are building a fast-paced restaurant where teamwork, great food, cleanliness, and excellent customer service come first. At 313 Slider Co., our Team Members are cross-trained in all positions . You will not be limited to one station. Team Members will learn multiple areas of the restaurant and may rotate positions throughout their shift based on business needs. Position Responsibilities As a 313 Slider Co. Team Member, you may be responsible for: Taking customer orders and operating the POS/register Providing friendly and professional customer service Preparing sliders, burgers, chicken, fries, and other menu items Working the grill, fryer, prep, and assembly stations Preparing ingredients and stocking food stations Following recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Packaging dine-in, carryout, and delivery orders accurately Maintaining food quality and ticket-time standards Cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas Washing dishes, utensils, trays, and restaurant equipment Cleaning dining areas, counters, floors, restrooms, and other areas Restocking cups, packaging, condiments, food, and supplies Following proper food safety, handwashing, temperature, and sanitation procedures Properly handling food and preventing cross-contamination Following opening and closing procedures Taking out trash and maintaining clean work areas Assisting teammates during busy periods Performing other restaurant duties as assigned by management Cross-Training Requirement All Team Members are expected to be cross-trained and able to work multiple positions. Depending on training and business needs, employees may rotate between: Cashier / Front Counter Drive-Thru (if applicable) Grill Fryer Chicken Station Food Prep Order Assembly / Expo Cleaning Dishwashing Stocking Opening & Closing Duties Being a team player and being willing to help wherever needed is an important part of working at 313 Slider Co. Physical Requirements Team Members must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods Bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Work around grills, fryers, hot equipment, and refrigerated areas Safely lift and carry restaurant supplies and food products Work in a busy kitchen environment Scheduling Applicants should have flexible availability.
