Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our café team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation, handling, and safety. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and your passion for coffee and food service will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the cash register and handle POS transactions accurately. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas. Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations at all times. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Engage with customers to promote menu items, including specialty coffee offerings. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is an advantage. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques is a plus.
