Duties Prepare food items quickly and accurately following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders, payments, and refunds Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring accuracy and prompt service Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment and dining areas Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end Assist with food safety management by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Qualifications Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated skills in food preparation, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service while building your career in the food industry!
