Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and qualitystandards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining high-quality service. Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in food preparation and service.
