This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates who are organized, punctual, and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks. The primary responsibility will be printing, hand-stuffing and preparing outgoing mailings. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hand-stuffing envelopes and sorting printed materials for daily mailings
• Count, batch, and prepare mail jobs for packaging and postage
• Follow instructions and job specifications provided by department supervisors
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support other general labor tasks as needed within the department Qualifications

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
• Good attention to detail and basic counting skills
• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
