Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment and dining areas Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions with accuracy and integrity Ensure food safety by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries effectively Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable Familiarity with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen equipment operation Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Experience with retail sales transactions or grocery store operations is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
