Job Summary Flagship Academy is seeking an energetic and dedicated Food Service Associate to join our vibrant team! Duties Prepare and assemble food items following safety and quality standards, ensuring a quick turnaround for customers. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sanitizing surfaces, kitchen equipment, and food handling areas regularly. Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing concerns promptly. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, fryers, microwaves, and food prep tools in compliance with food safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous. Strong skills in food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety management. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
