Job Overview:

Provide a quality guest experience through serving our concessions with a positive and welcoming attitude and in a speedy fashion. Crew members may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, cashier, prep and production. Each position has different duties and responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation of a variety of food items, primarily including pretzels, smoothies, bowls, and beverages, etc. Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner. Will enter sales into a point of sale system and ensure purchases are accuratley recorded. Responsible for delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders. Ensures cleanliness and compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.

1 + year of customer service, point of sale, and or food service prep experience preferred. Must be available to work each of the 7 MSU Football home games; working 5-7 hours on following game days: 9/4 9/12 9/26 10/10 10/17 11/14 11/20
