Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions seamlessly. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during busy service hours. Ensure food safety standards are strictly followed, including proper food handling and sanitation protocols. Provide excellent customer service by serving guests promptly, answering questions, and addressing concerns with enthusiasm. Support team members during peak hours by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, cashiering, and cleaning. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience in food preparation, food safety management, or culinary roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position. Strong time management skills are essential for handling high-volume periods efficiently. Background in retail sales transactions or grocery store experience can be advantageous for managing cash handling duties.
