Job Description
Front-of-House Team Member Chef Dre Cafe is hiring a dependable, friendly Front-of-House Team Member to help create a welcoming experience for every guest. Schedule Monday through Friday. Shifts are scheduled between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, typically 5-6 hours per day (approximately 25-30 hours per week). Pay $13.73-$15.00 per hour, based on relevant experience. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take accurate dine-in, pickup, and phone orders Operate the Clover point-of-sale system and process cash and card payments Package, organize, and hand off customer orders Answer menu questions and share current specials Keep the front counter, dining area, and pickup station clean and organized Restock front-of-house supplies Communicate clearly with the kitchen team Assist with catering pickups and larger orders when needed Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working with customers Customer service, cashier, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required Able to multitask and handle payments accurately Able to stand throughout the shift and assist with cleaning and restocking Positive attitude and clear communication Work location: In person at Chef Dre Cafe, 1040 W Bristol Rd, Flint, MI 48507.
