Front of House or Back of House Team Member:

Welcome guests with a smile and enthusiastic communication Create emotional connections and provide exceptional service Maintain eye contact and positive interactions with customers Multitask efficiently while staying thorough and dependable Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Support team members and uphold Chick-fil-A's values and vision Adhere to dress code and restaurant policies Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment
