Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Back of House Team Member. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional service to our customers. If you have a passion for the culinary arts and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Support catering operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Comfortable using knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Must be 18 years or older to work in kitchen.
