• Late Night (Part-Time) Alpine Events Position Overview Alpine Events is hiring reliable Event Setup Crew Members for our late-night crew.

You'll set up, tear down, and transport event equipment after hours, usually once events wrap or before venues open the next day. This part-time role suits people who like physical work and teamwork and want evening hours. Schedule Part-time, 0-20 hours per week, depending on event volume Shifts usually run 9:00 PM

• 1:00 AM Hours change with the event calendar and are not guaranteed each week Key Responsibilities Event Teardown & Return Take down and pack tents, tables, chairs, linens, staging, and other rentals after events end Load trucks efficiently and safely for the return to the warehouse Account for all items before leaving the site Help unload at the warehouse as needed Late-Night Setup & Installation Load trucks with event equipment before departure Transport and deliver equipment to venues after hours Set up rental items according to event layouts and instructions Make sure equipment is clean, presentable, and event-ready On-Site Coordination Work with crew leads to finish jobs on schedule, often under venue time limits Tell supervisors right away about any issues or changes Stay professional while representing Alpine Events at client venues Safety & Equipment Handling Follow all safety procedures, especially when working at night or in low light Secure loads properly for transport Handle equipment carefully to prevent damage Report damaged or missing items immediately Performance Standards Jobs completed accurately and on time Equipment handled safely with minimal damage Strong teamwork and communication Reliable attendance and punctuality What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Availability for late-night shifts (9 PM•1 AM), including weekends Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment, outdoors and in all weather Team-oriented attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
