Jet's Pizza - Keego Harbor Position Summary The Inside Crew Member is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing high-quality Jet's Pizza products, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store environment. This role is essential to delivering an excellent guest experience and supporting smooth store operations. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone. Take accurate orders using the POS system. Answer menu questions, make recommendations, and resolve basic customer concerns. Ensure orders are complete, properly packaged, and delivered to customers promptly. Food Preparation Prepare dough, cheese, toppings, and sauces according to Jet's Pizza specifications. Make pizzas, salads, breads, and other menu items accurately and consistently. Follow all recipe guidelines and portion controls. Ensure food quality meets brand standards every time. Store Operations Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment throughout the shift. Wash dishes, clean equipment, and complete assigned side-work. Assist with stocking and rotating inventory. Follow all safety procedures, including proper food handling and equipment operation. Help teammates during rush periods to ensure fast service and order accuracy. Cash Handling Process payments accurately (cash, credit, coupons, online orders). Maintain proper cash drawer procedures when assigned.

Qualifications Minimum age:

16-18 depending on state and store policy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Schedule Requirements Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak times. Ability to work between 15-35 hours per week depending on store needs.
