Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness. Operate POS systems accurately for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety guidelines. Manage food inventory levels, assist with food handling procedures, and support proper bussing and sanitation practices. Assist with cashiering duties including processing payments, giving change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end. Support team members with food preparation, serving, and other duties to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
