Responsibilities Prepare food items accurately and efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders, handle cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance guest experience, and ensure order accuracy Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and kitchen equipment operation Manage customer service interactions with professionalism, addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Ensure timely food delivery from the kitchen to customers while maintaining quality standards Support opening and closing procedures including cash register operations, inventory checks, and sanitation tasks Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices Experience operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing register operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Food industry or restaurant experience is advantageous; retail or grocery store experience is also valuable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quick, quality service in a fun environment!
