Job Summary Wildemere Park is seeking an energetic and dedicated Food Service Associate to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food items with efficiency and attention to quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, orders, and transactions accurately Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety regulations Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and manage cash handling procedures Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction Skills Previous food preparation and food handling experience in quick service or fast food environments Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Proven ability in retail sales transactions, upselling, and cash register operations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash flow Experience operating kitchen or café equipment is a plus Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us at Wildemere Park where your enthusiasm makes a difference! Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
