Position Overview As a Budback , you'll work closely with our inventory and sales teams to ensure all products are properly stocked, labeled, organized, and ready for sale. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the cannabis industry and learn the ins and outs of dispensary operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with product intake, labeling, and organizing stock. Restock sales floor inventory throughout the day. Help maintain backroom organization and cleanliness. Support inventory team with daily audits and compliance tasks. Ensure products are displayed neatly and rotated by expiration or batch date. Communicate with Budtenders and Managers to ensure smooth product flow. Follow all company policies and state compliance regulations. Qualifications Must be 21+ and eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment. Previous retail or cannabis experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
