Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, payments, and transactions. Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to enhance the dining experience. Upsell menu items by suggesting additional products to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and food prep tools, ensuring efficient food production. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a friendly environment. Assist in food handling procedures to meet health regulations and ensure safe consumption standards. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, order assembly, and cashier duties seamlessly. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing sales accurately. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is a plus; knowledge of kitchen equipment operation is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
