Crew Member / Shift LeaderJob Summary We are seeking dependable, energetic individuals to join our team as Crew Members and Shift Leaders. The ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be available to work midday/evening shifts between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM also Weekend availability is required.

CELL PHONE POLICY

Applicants must be able to work their entire shift without carrying or using a personal cell phone. Personal cell phones must remain put away while working, except during authorized breaks or emergencies. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Prior food service experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train dependable candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, fast-paced environment Prepare and serve smoothies, food, and other menu items efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Assist with training new team members when needed Support fellow team members during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers Qualifications MUST be available to work shifts between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM MUST have weekend availability MUST be able to work without using a personal cell phone during shifts. Pay:

$13.73 - $15.00 per hour
