December 15, 2026 Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of four years' broad-based accounting experience. Ability to use financial accounting technology including computer-based spreadsheet and database applications. Ability to manage complex financial activities and projects. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Desired Qualifications Master's degree. CPA designation. Higher education experience. Tax research and preparation experience. Position Purpose Position performs research and provides recommendations on various GASB and tax-related issues. Prepares financial analyses, assists with year-end closing, financial statement preparation and external audits. Performs various investment administration activities. Prepares various Federal, state and local tax returns. Works on various projects and other duties as assigned. Provides advice and training to other team members.
