Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders efficiently while managing cash register operations. Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments swiftly while providing friendly customer service. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and ovens, to support fast food production. Manage food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Assist in retail sales transactions when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations during busy periods. Ensure a welcoming environment by serving customers promptly and addressing their needs with professionalism. Experience Candidates should have previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Experience with food preparation, cashiering, or operating POS systems like Aloha or Micros is highly desirable. A background in food handling, sanitation practices, or kitchen operations—such as culinary or café experience—will be advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for processing cash transactions accurately. Prior retail or grocery store experience can also be beneficial for understanding sales processes and customer interactions.
