About us Event Theory, a premier event production company specializing in upscale weddings and corporate events, is now seeking career minded indivdiuals to join our Traverse City team. Our wage and bennefit packages are above the competitive rate for the area. To clean food service equipment, i.e. china, flatware, glassware, chafers, linens, ect. Daily use of washer, dryers and flatwork ironers, which release hot air. There is a high degree of lifting, and a significant degree of standing, walking, bending, and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions. Must have full range of motion and dexterity. Must accept and follow instructions from supervisors.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Clean and iron linens. Clean, sanitize, and wrap dishware. Wrap and package linens per company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Restock cleaned and packaged items appropriately. Inspect returned linens and dishware, and sort per company standards. Complete a daily check-in log, and turn in daily to supervisor. Fill in for other positions, when necessary, for smooth operation of business.
