Junk Removal Crew Member DumpNGo Junk Removal is looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our growing junk removal company serving the Metro Detroit area. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a hands-on job, flexible hours, and the opportunity to grow with a small local business. No previous junk removal experience is required — we will train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Load and remove furniture, appliances, household junk, construction debris, and other unwanted items Help with cleanouts, moves, demolitions, and junk removal projects Safely lift, carry, load, and organize items in our trucks and trailers Work as part of a small team at residential and commercial properties Keep job sites clean and organized Provide friendly and professional service to customers Follow safety procedures and take care of company equipment

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 years or older Reliable and punctual Comfortable doing physical work and lifting heavy items Positive attitude and willing to learn Able to work well with a team Good communication and customer-service skills Valid driver's license is a plus Previous moving, landscaping, construction, warehouse, or junk removal experience is a plus, but not required
