• 4:00 AM This position is perfect for: Night owls Individuals seeking a second job People looking for consistent overnight hours Those who enjoy working with a smaller, close-knit team Candidates who take pride in preparing the restaurant for a successful day What You'll Do As an Overnight Crew Team Member, you'll help keep our restaurant operating smoothly throughout the night by: Providing friendly customer service at the front counter and drive-thru Preparing McDonald's World Famous menu items quickly and accurately Working in both the kitchen and guest service areas Cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant to McDonald's standards Completing overnight food safety and quality procedures Stocking inventory and preparing workstations for the morning team Assisting with routine equipment cleaning and maintenance Working closely with your overnight teammates to deliver outstanding service Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized restaurant We're Looking For Someone Who Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is dependable and punctual Enjoys working overnight hours Thrives in a fast-paced environment Works well independently and as part of a team Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service Is willing to learn and grow No previous restaurant experience is necessary.
