Job Summary Pizza Lucé Downtown is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pizza Restaurant Service Associate to support daily restaurant operations and provide an enjoyable dining experience. This role involves assisting guests, taking and processing orders, supporting pizza and food service, maintaining clean work areas, and working collaboratively with the restaurant team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with preparing and serving pizza, appetizers, beverages, and other menu items. Support food preparation and service according to established restaurant procedures. Deliver completed orders promptly and courteously. Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and available options. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments accurately. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear tables and help maintain a neat and welcoming dining environment. Restock food service supplies, packaging, utensils, napkins, and other restaurant materials. Assist front-of-house and kitchen team members during busy service periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Help maintain proper food presentation and service quality. Communicate customer concerns, special requests, and service issues to supervisors. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Handle food, supplies, and equipment carefully and responsibly. Support accurate order preparation and timely service. Work cooperatively with coworkers to maintain efficient restaurant operations. Follow company policies and established customer service standards. Perform other restaurant service and support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous pizza restaurant, restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a restaurant team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn menu items, food preparation procedures, and service standards. Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety practices.
