Valley Industries is seeking a motivated and reliable Full-Time Production Crew Member to join our team. This role involves light assembly and sub-assembly work both on and off the production line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Job Functions This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Perform small-scale production of multiple assemblies Assemble and affix pre-manufactured components accurately and efficiently Prepare finished products for shipping, including packaging, labeling, and barcoding Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and other specialized tools as required Monitor work to minimize time, material usage, and scrap Maintain consistent quality while performing repetitive assembly tasks for extended periods Skills & Abilities Strong hand dexterity to assemble small components Ability to focus and maintain accuracy during repetitive work Attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team If you are interested in joining a growing company and contributing to a dependable production team, we encourage you to apply.
