Roseau Super One Deli seeking to hire a Full-Time friendly, dependable, energetic person having previous experience in the food service industry. This position works closely with the Deli Manager, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge and experience in deli operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the aptitude and desire to grow into a management role. A certificate in food safety and training in proper food preparation techniques are preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to teamwork are essential for success in this role. Work shifts will be mostly afternoons, with weekend availability a must. Employees will be required to stand for up to an 8 hours shift. Employees will be required to lift up to 40lbs. Starting Rate $19.50/hr Management experience preferred All days & shifts required; depending on deli needs Additional duties include ordering, scheduling, inventory, training employees, taking inventory, and leading workers in the Deli Manager's absence. Work shifts may vary with flexibility in terms of scheduling around the needs of the deli.

Examples:

8AM-4PM, 10AM-6PM primarily working afternoon and evening shifts, and other times as necessary.
