What You'll Be Doing:
Greet to‑go guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service Answer phones, take accurate orders, and confirm modifications or special requests Manage online, call‑in, and third‑party orders (if applicable) Package food according to Big Biscuit standards, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper presentation Verify all items, sides, condiments, and utensils are included before handing off orders Communicate clearly with expo and kitchen staff to maintain smooth order flow Process payments, handle receipts, and manage to‑go order staging areas Assist with curbside pickup, delivering orders to vehicles when needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to‑go station, lobby, and packaging areas Provide helpful, positive interactions with guests picking up orders Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
What You'll Bring:
