Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, and other janitorial tools efficiently and safely. Handle chemical products responsibly, adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct manual handling of heavy items and equipment with proper technique to prevent injury. Support custodial duties across commercial spaces by maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas. Follow infection control procedures diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors. Assist with special cleaning projects like pressure washing exterior surfaces or deep cleaning carpets and upholstery as needed. Skills Proven experience in window cleaning, general cleaning, or custodial roles with a focus on quality and efficiency. Strong knowledge of janitorial practices, sanitation standards, and infection control procedures. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks throughout the workday. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with team members and clients. Familiarity with chemical handling protocols and the use of PPE for safety compliance. Experience in commercial cleaning environments with an understanding of floor care techniques and laundry services is a plus.
