In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, handling materials, and ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth production flow, adhere to industry regulations, and support our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Operate packaging machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Handle materials efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment Interpret production documents to ensure correct packaging specifications and labeling are followed precisely Perform mechanical troubleshooting on packaging equipment to minimize downtime and maintain optimal operation Conduct heavy lifting and assembly tasks following safety standards in production environments Maintain accurate records of production activities, including documentation related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations Adhere strictly to safety standards in production, warehouse operations, and material handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications Ability to interpret manufacturing documents and follow detailed instructions accurately Experience operating material handling equipment Stand for 10 hours per shift Lift 50# Strong Work Ethic Common Sense Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence in fast-paced environments Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
