Front of House Team Member (Cashier, Food Runner, Bartender) Join the Taco Billy team! We're looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating an exceptional guest experience. Whether you're greeting guests, running food, or bartending, you'll play an important role in making every visit memorable. Why Work at Taco Billy? Stable Income in a Tipped Position This is a tipped position with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. Unlike many restaurants where slow shifts can lead to unpredictable paychecks, we guarantee you'll earn at least a minimum hourly rate. If your base wage and tips don't reach that amount, we cover the difference. On busy shifts, you'll still have the opportunity to earn above the guaranteed rate. It's the best of both worlds. The earning potential of a tipped position with the stability of knowing you'll never have an underpaid shift.
