As an Embroidery Production Associate , you will start your career on the entry-level and learn textile embroidery and industrial sewing machine manufacturing. Experience is not required. The ideal candidate will possess the eagerness to want to learn and grow in a new profession and career. Pay increase following 30-60 day evaluation period. Paid Holidays and paid personal time off. You will grow the following skills and abilities:

• Learn the industrial embroidery machine and staging and pack-out process.
• Interact and use production computer systems and automated processes.
• Read and interpret documents such as sales orders, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety protocols.
• Organize, prioritize, and handle a multi-task workload.
• To be an engaged and dependable team player.
• Work and interact within a "repetitive flow", "lean management" and "5S methodology", the foundation for manufacturing and warehouse organizational success.

Education and Experience:

• High school equivalency.

Physical Requirements:

• The position will require walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing product on concrete surfaces.
• The position is in a climate-controlled facility and warehouse.
• Candidates must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, stoop, reach and lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
• Energy and flexibility of movement is essential.

Additional:

Full-time, 8-hour day shift, Mon-Fri 6:30am
