Requirements:
Be energetic, dependable, hardworking, and ethical Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction Work well as part of a team Be willing to learn and accept coaching Follow all company policies, food-safety procedures, and operational standards Ability to work day or evening shifts, weekends, and some holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment Maintain a clean appearance and follow uniform standards
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude Take customer orders and answer questions about the menu Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash and credit card payments Prepare hot and cold subs according to each customer's order Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and preparation procedures Safely operate restaurant equipment such as knives, grills, and slicers after completing the required training Restock ingredients, paper products, and supplies throughout the shift Keep the restaurant clean by wiping tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing utensils, and maintaining restrooms Communicate effectively with coworkers and management Help create a welcoming, upbeat environment for customers and team members
Compensation:
The listed pay range includes base hourly pay plus estimated credit card tips. Credit card tips typically add approximately $3-$4 per hour but are variable and not guaranteed. Team members also have opportunities for advancement into Shift Leader, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager positions.
Pay:
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
