Our new Ballantyne, North Carolina location is opening on October 14th, 2026! Employees hired prior to the opening date may train at an existing Wegmans location to gain valuable, on-the-job experience. Employees scheduled for off-site training will receive hotel accommodations and be reimbursed for mileage. The off-site training will likely take place through September 2026. Training locations will be determined based on position and/or availability and will include our four Greater Raleigh Area locations in Cary, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Wake Forest.
