Along with washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and organized, this person will help prep our menu alongside the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works well with others, takes direction, and is eager to learn. There is potential to move into a garde manger position, preparing and plating starters, cold appetizers, and desserts, as skills and experience develop.
