Front of House Team Member (Part-Time) True Blue Butcher & Baker is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

Pay:

$12.00-$16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type:

Part-Time Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Process cash and credit card transactions Answer questions about menu items and daily specials Package bakery and butcher items for customers Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized Assist with opening and closing duties Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous customer service, restaurant, café, bakery, or retail experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and teammates Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, and enjoys creating a great experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
