Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide friendly, attentive customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Skills Experience in food preparation, food service or the food industry is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures Previous restaurant or café experience is a plus; experience in retail or grocery stores can be beneficial Capable of working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
