Pay Average earnings:

$15.50-$18+ per hour Starting base wage: $7.50/hour Plus tips averaging approximately $8-10+ per hour, depending on season and shiftTotal hourly earnings vary based on guest volume and time of year. What You'll Do Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm. Scoop and serve our award-winning super premium ice cream. Accurately take orders and operate the register. Prepare specialty desserts and beverages. Keep the shop clean, stocked, and guest-ready. Respect safety and hygiene standards Work together with teammates to provide exceptional guest experiences. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Help create the welcoming atmosphere Andia's is known for. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Evening, weekend, holiday, and summer availability required. Reliable transportation. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. No previous work experience required—we hire for attitude, kindness, and work ethic, and we'll teach you everything you need to know.
